Client calls wanting 2 shrubs in their front yard pruned down.

Contact client and client advises that there are 2 small shrubs between a frangipani and the carport that he would like chopped off at gutter height. I advise the client that it may not be possible to just chop them off at gutter height due to the regulations however I would be able to discuss this when I visit as I will know what species we are dealing with and what we can and cant do.
